Anton, is a 1 gallon of water too muc/h water for the IC glowing pad to be able to transfer the IC information properly ?

Hi Robert M Black Jr, yes, better to use up to about 0.5 gallons (2 liters) with Glowing IC Pad. You can use Method 2, prepare saline and then dissolve about 10ml of saline in 1 gallon of water. Don't forget to shake water well after dissolving saline.

Hi Josh, the best way is by using headphones, but you can also try with IC Pad

I'm programming this into a small black coffee from dunkin mixed with camu camu powder. Will finish this post with results.... Results: Drank it with a really fatty meal. I can feel the fat converting to ketones more rapidly than usual. This is characterized by mental clarity and mental energy. The even feeling of it is also not characteristic of black coffee + fatty meal alone. Much less heaviness in my stomach than would be expected too.... See more
