I am supposed to drink 70 oz. of warm water every day and wondered if I warmed up imprinted water, would it change the IC and integrity? If so, is there a recommended method of possibly heating up the water and then imprinting it?

Hi Elizabeth, you need to keep the water cold: to transfer ICs, you should use water that has a temperature below 30C (86F) and above 2C (36F). Thus, you cannot transfer ICs directly into hot beverages or soups. You can use IC water for cooking and bathing; but, the temperature should not exceed 30C (86F), otherwise, the water molecules will have too much energy and the coherent domains (which carry the frequencies) will be destroyed. Sorry just a beginner and may be a stupid question but I put the side of the ICPAD which flashes on to my sternum? Not the base?
