Nicotinamide Mononucleotide (NMN) is a naturally occurring form of vitamin B3. It may be used to enhance levels of an important molecule called NAD+ within the liver and muscles. NMN is typically used in support of cardiovascular health, general energy production and the treatment of fatigue, as well as for the healthy function of the brain, eyes, and bones. It may also play a role in DNA repair and thus promote healthy aging.

NMN is crucial for fueling the body's DNA repair system. It's a very good idea to take it regularly if you have Wi-Fi and or smart phone.ย

Curious what the source of the NMN was? There are a number of manufacturers, some of which I don't trust and don't adhere to strict standards.
