Frequently Asked Questions

1. What are ICs? What is the connection between Homeopathy and ICs?

ICs are electromagnetic signals that are generated using algorithms or recorded from substances that have healing, therapeutic, or other biological effects. Simply put, ICs can be regarded as the evolution of homeopathy for the 21st century. Much like homeopathy, ICs work by stimulating the body’s own healing abilities. It is possible to imprint ICs to water and then by consuming this water, deliver the information to the body to promote self-healing.

2. Should I substitute my medication with ICs?

No. If you currently use any medication, do not replace them with ICs. ICs should be used to complement your treatment. If or when you will need to change anything regarding your medication, contact the practitioner who prescribed the medication to you and they will make the necessary adjustments.

3. How much IC water should I drink? Is there a dose-effect relationship?

It does not matter whether you drink 250 mL of IC water or 1 L - one glass of IC water contains the same amount of information as two glasses of water with the same IC. What is important is to drink IC water 2-3 times per day. This is because we need to periodically supply and influence the body with ICs in order to cause an informational effect on the body.

4. How should I store the prepared IC water?

IC water should be stored at room temperature, away from direct sunlight, and at least one meter away from electrical devices.

5. Are there any side effects from using ICs?

There have been no reports of negative effects from ICs. If an IC is not right for you, it will not resonate with your body and thus will not affect you. Some people may notice mild body pain during the first few days of using infoceuticals, which is normal and practitioners interpret this as the start of the body’s healing process using the newly acquired information. If you have any concerns, please contact your practitioner.

6. Can children use ICs?

Children may use ICs under parental supervision. If your child is taking any medication, do not substitute their medication with infoceuticals - infoceuticals should be used to complement their current treatment.

7. Can I give ICs to my pet?

You may give ICs to your pet. However, if your pet is taking any medication, do not substitute their medication with ICs.

8. How many ICs can I include in my personal complex?

The number of ICs that can be included in a personal IC complex depends on the person’s health and energy state. For some, 10 or more ICs in a complex works well; however, this is not the case for everyone. On average it is recommended to start with up to 6 ICs per personal complex. Depending on how you feel, you can increase (or decrease) the number of ICs in the complex.

9. How often is it recommended to take ICs to see results?

In general, it is recommended to drink IC water 2-3 times per day. This is because we need to periodically supply and influence the body with ICs in order to cause an informational effect on the body. With respect to seeing results, that depends given it is different for everyone – some may see results within a day, while others need more time. Moreover, it depends on the health condition, whether it is chronic or acute.

10. If ICs have the same vibration as the real substance, why take ICs? Why not just ingest the real thing?

ICs are not substitutes for real substances! It is usually a good idea to keep real substances as part of the diet. However, some people may have problems related to the substance such as difficulty with digestion and absorption, allergic reaction, lack of access, dislike the taste or smell, etc. To ensure people are still able to obtain the benefits associated with the substance, they can try infoceuticals.

Hi. Just wanted to know if you have complexes for industrial chemicals. I’m a small scale gold prospector and I use cyanide to dissolve gold into solution to start the process. I wish to move away from using cyanide and was wondering if you could assist me in this regard. Is there a possibility of creating a cyanide complex in water to use on my operation. I’ll highly appreciate your esteemed feedback I this regard.
Hi Mohamed, if we create IC of cyanide, it may but probably very slightly affect the chemical reaction and will not have the same outcome. In our experiments with precise pH meters - physical sensors, ICs may affect the pH level, but very slightly. But in biological sensors effects usually are more intense, probably because biological systems are more sensitive and complex than physical setup.

Hi there, I have been using my glowing IC pad for about 6 months but now it has stopped working. Totally dead. How do we organise a replacement?
Hi Alex, please try to replace an audio cable. It is called Aux 3.5mm. Also, just in case, try to charge the battery with included charger and USB cable.

I was doing some ICs when my pad began flashing. I then recharged it until the yellow light came off and when I plugged it in again it began flashing on and off. What am I doing wrong, please?
Hi Linda, during the transfer glowing IC Pad should flash. Pattern of flashes may vary from IC to IC. Please follow these steps: 1) connect IC pad to your phone or computer. 2) start transfer 3) make sure volume is set to maximum on your phone or computer.

When I plug my Glowing IC Pad into my cell phone, it works perfectly. When I plug it into my laptop, the Glowing IC Pad makes noise (Ie, I can hear the frequencies even on "imprint." ) My laptop volume is turned up, but I don't think I should be able to hear the frequencies. How do I correct this?
Hi Leslie, during the IC Transfer IC pad should glow and you should not hear sound. Please check that you connected IC Pad to correct input on your laptop (where you usually plug headphones), make sure you inserted audio connector completely into computer. Also maybe your laptop does not recognize connected device, you can try to go to audio settings and see if you can change audio Out to headphones.

Anton, I have been having a lot of difficulty getting the Audio files to play on my headphones. It will work intermittently, but most of the time there is no audio or visual indicating the file is working. I have tried clearing my browser cache and rebooting my device, but it does not consistently work. How do I resolve this issue?
Hi Matthew, we will record logs on your account to see what can cause it. As I understood, the IC transfer sometimes does not start for you.

Hello, unfortunately there is a wobbly in it. Regardless of which device I connect the IC pad to, it lights up briefly and then stops. When the cable is shaken slightly, it flashes briefly and then goes dark again. Do you have a suggestion for me? Many Thanks

Hi Peter, You may need to set the audio volume to the maximum during the transfer: 1) Connect the IC pad to your smartphone or laptop; 2) start transmission; 3) Turn the volume of your phone or laptop to the maximum;

Hello Anton. I'm curious about the feature: download all at once vs one-by-one. What is the benefit of one vs the other? Also, the repeat download function: for Imprint ICs, does repeating increase efficacy for higher volumes of water? Thank you.
Hi Michael, in the "Transfer all at once" mode, all the ICs in the IC Complex will be transferred at the same time. It is recommended to use this mode if you are imprinting ICs to water or other products. When you select the mode "One-by-one", the ICs in an IC Complex will be transferred (played) one after another, like songs in a playlist. It is recommended to use this mode if the IC Complex consists of PEMF or Audible ICs. Regarding repeats, yes, if using Imprint ICs, you set more repeats than the default number (more transfer time) it should increase the effect. For the volume of water, better to use up to 2 liters when using Glowing IC Pad or IC Hummer.

Is there information about using Infopathy during pregnancy. I have learning not to run FSM, but what about audible?
Hi Laurie, audible should be okay, just set the volume to a comfortable level.
Hi Ross, at the moment offline mode is not available, but we are building an App that should support offline. At the moment you can imprint tinctures for 30 days storage method.

Hey Anton, Just wondering if there a limit on how many imprints I can drink a day? Also what if I drink an imprint and then 5 minute later drink another different type of imprint Will I still get both of the drink benefits or will one counteract the other?
Hi Carl, in general, we suggest focusing at the same time on up to 3 health goals. Usually, it results in selecting or creating 3 complexes. You need to use each complex at least 3 times a day. You can use one complex after another at least 10 minutes apart.
