My IC Pad is acting upโฆ.. when I press the transfer there is a loud crackling sound and the blue light does not come onโฆโฆ?????whatโs wrong? Could it be damaged?

I am under chemotherapy treatment right now and have terrible side effectsโฆ one of them is I get a โBladder Infectionโ and yet when my family Doctor takes Urin samples it shows negativeโฆ.
