I love this one for toning muscles. I think the key is to let your muscles absorb the sounds so you are tuned into this frequency.

Hi, my son has a genetic neuromuscular condition would this help? His condition is Central Core Disease there is no treatment or medication that he can take. Thanks in advance

I am confused with this "Audible function", You do not need the Glo Pad unit, I just have my laptop or i-phone on blue tooth and play these sounds, so how do you imprint water with them then, because my Glo Pad is not even turned on??  I am not technically inclined, so maybe this is a stupid question?? I do not know !!

I have ms and have moderate muscle atrophy in my right arm and leg…will the audible muscle atrophy be helpful in strengthening my muscles?

Hi, do I just go straight in to this audible or do I have to use blue tooth with the a unit? i.e. can I just press start and play it?
