With the ICs that support mycotoxin / toxin clearing is it necessary to use physical forms of the included imprints? Are the ICs sufficient on their own or as an adjunct to physical substances?

I am curious how this IC works. When you take binders there are substances in the body for the toxins to attach to. But not when you take frequency infused water or use a sticker on the body. I am not questioning the potential effectiveness of this IC, just wondering about how the detoxing process would work.
