I use this remotely with 2 names written on a sheet of paper and placed on the Glow Pad 3, at 6x multiplier three times daily. On the first session, I felt flushed and sweaty, radiating heat on the upper body (head, face, back of neck, chest, armpits). The second person started feeling it on the second session. I thought she had turned on the water heater to have a shower but she did not. The bathroom was WARM and STEAMY. That was a definite 'WOW' for me. Will continue this for another two weeks and review.
