I've been charging the Glowing IC Pad for over 3 hours now, and the red light is still on. How do we know that the charging procedure is completed, does the red light disappear? And how to know when charging is required again?

i purchase a machine in September 10 and the glowing path is not working i need to have it replace there is no way to connected Bluetooth i notice there is no contact form please send me where and how can you replace this defective glowing path????

The glass of water need to have the diameter maximum of the glow pad or I can use a bigger bowl, for example 20cm diameter, to imprint?always beeing within the 2l, thanks

What happens if you get an alert, a phone call, etc, while the device is plugged in? I noticed the IC pad lighting up. Does that ruin the imprint?

Hello Anton, I use the ICPad 3. However, today I noticed that a whole series of PEMFs suddenly stopped lighting up. These are all PEMFs that previously always lit up red and blue. The pad is probably NOT defective, because other PEMFs are still lighting up. What is causing this sudden change? I created some of the PEMFs that no longer light up myself, others I got from the library. Thank you for your feedback

Hello, my glowing ic pad 3 is not being recognized by my iPhone for Bluetooth. It used to work and now my phone isn't detecting the glowing pad. How can I troubleshoot this? Thank you.
