I tried this once with a charged, earlier generation blue glow pad, and it did not seem to have a subjectively perceptible effect.  Then I discovered by accident that if I used the same glow pad, but had it on charge while creating the IC, it made the complex more powerful and more effective.  I could feel an energy surge after drinking it.  I plan to made imprints while having the glow pad on charge at the same time to see if this increase in energy level produces more effective complexes with other IC's.  

I'm using a Macbook Pro purchased in 2018, so I don't know if the age of the computer has anything to do with it.
