we are just starting to use the ic pad. should we be using the same formula each day for a certain period of time to notice how it impacts us? Also why do you say to save some of it for another use rather than drinking it all at once?
Hi Susan, yes, for the best effect we suggest using the same IC or Complex at least 3 times a day, taking 2oz (50 ml) of imprinted water each time. There are different storage methods, you can use the one which is convenient for you. But it is important to take water a few times a day. Also, before swallowing, hold water in your mouth for 10 seconds and try drinking water when stomach is empty.
