I think there is something wrong with my glowpad. The orange light doesn't illuminate when I plug it in to charge anymore. I've tried using different plug-ins, charging cords, and charging blocks and nothing works for the disc but they work for other devices I have.

Also, only the center of the disc lights up when I attempt to imprint water, but to a lesser extent than it used to. The blue lights around the edge no longer illuminate. I take it that is just because the battery is too dead for them to work.
Is there anything else I can try or am I out of luck and the disc has just "expired"?

My Bluetooth has stopped working. I have tried a few other phones but, it wonโt connect and the light doesnโt flash on the glow pad. This means I am unable to use it as I have not her way of connecting it to my phone. Could you please advise what to do? Thank you.
