After trying every diet under the sun, I have embarked on a medically supervised 40 day water fast to attack the visceral fat in my stomach. I am a 54 year old male that is skinny everywhere except in my gut area. I have had inflammation in my gut for well over a decade that doesn't seem to change regardless of weight loss. I am on day 7 of my water fast and have been charging all of my water intake with Semaglutide. I have not been hungry nor have I thought of food. I have lost 18.8 pounds after six full days. My body feels amazing and most importantly, my gut is finally softening and declining. I am even able to do mild exercise twice a day with walking and swimming. Very impressed by this charge. It has helped a great deal.
