Hi Timi, you can use other ICs or complexes on the same day. Wait at least 10 minutes between using different ICs.

Hi Brittani, please make sure IC Pad's battery is charged and the audio volume is set to maximum when transferring ICs. If that does not help, please try to replace the audio cable with a new one, it called "aux cable 3.5mm", if you need help finding right cable, please send us an email at [email protected] thank you!
