When I plug into computer or phone, it asks me if I am plugging in headphones, mic, or speaker or other device. What do I select?

Hi Shawn, you can select headphones. If you use Glowing IC Pad, make sure the audio volume is set to the maximum during the transfer and IC Pad should glow during the transfer.

Has your IC and Complexes on this site been tested (cross referenced) against people's actual blood work (mainly their liver blood test)? I just had my blood work done by my doctor and my liver (Aspartate Aminotransferase-AST) blood count significantly jumped from 25 to 66. I have never had my AST number higher than 32 in the past 6 years. My doctor said 50 or less is the normal range. Anything higher is a concern. Also I just found out today... See more
