seems like this should be obvious but how do I send the signals through my phone? Is there an app? or do I just go to your website through a browser on my phone? I have an iPhone. I figured it out on my laptop.

Hi Carla, if you considering using only this IC then you can drink whole 16.9 Fl (0.5 L) bottled during the day, each time taking at least 2oz (50mL) of water. If you planning to use other ICs or Complexes then we suggest using this IC at least 3 times a day, at least 2oz (50 mL) each time.
