Hi Todd, please try to charge IC Pad with wall charger for about 2 hours, until yellow light goes off. Also, please make sure audio volume is set to maximum on your phone or laptop after you start the transfer.

EH I have used this asthma program many times to reduce or stop tightness in my lungs and asthma induced coughing. I too take asthma meds and have had several treatments of steroids. I also make asthma water that I drink when needed. I program the asthma water 3 times... See more
