Hi Heather, please try to restart your phone or computer, maybe something with an audio setting. You can also try another phone or computer. You need to connect IC Pad with an audio cable and during transfer, there should be no sound coming from your phone or computer. Please let us know if that helped. Thank you!

I started using this for allergies at night and it is fantastic. I wake up more rested, without a stuffy nose, sneezing, or headache. My son doesn't wheeze in the morning when he uses this. If I skip it for a few days... my body lets me know!

Looking forward to where this one goes. Reactivated Lyme has been tearing up my joints. I recently started Samemto, but wanted to add infopathy so I put this directly on my knee and interestingly felt it in every joint that has been bothering me- which quite a few! Will report back with results in a few days.
