Is there a particular brand/brands of bottled water that you recommend using??

Hi Kim, for imprinting it is good if water consist silicon componds and hydrocarbonate. I personally for some time was using san benedeto water, but about year ago switches to filtering-mineralazing system that is installed under the sink, it is made by "greenfield water solutions" in the US.

Hi Daniela, for general application, please apply to a sternum or stomach. If a specific area needs to be rejuvenated, please apply to that area.

I was pleasantly surprised! I get hormonal headaches frequently and while they're dull, nothing seems to get rid of them. This helped significantly and quickly.
