Hello Antony
Sorry to bother you but I need to understand what's happening to my infopatty device, and let me explain:
- we purchased the device a few months ago and immediately started using it
- about a month ago the device stopped connecting via bluetooth
- so my son and I tried to connect it with the cable
- it worked for a couple of weeks... now it seems "dead"

How can we do it?

Teresa, please try the following:
1) Charge IC Pad for about 3 hours using a USB cable and charger. 
2) Make sure the audio volume on your computer or phone is set to maximum level after you start the transfer.
3) Restart your computer or phone. Try a different phone or computer. Try Chrome or Brave browsers. 

For the Bluetooth, please try restarting bluetooth module as shown here:
