The Chinese Elements are said to influence an individual’s overall health, personality, emotions, and behavior. When significant elemental imbalances occur, illnesses can develop. Once the imbalance is located, one can begin to cure the illness and prevent future ailments from occurring. Understanding elemental balances and imbalances is extremely important as they impact not only one’s health, but also one’s social and emotional development.

This IC Complex may be used to help balance the Chinese 5 Elements as well as life activities and Qi (i.e. Fire of Heaven).

One of the first times I tried this was in an afternoon, I placed the IC pad over my sternum while I was at work, red setting. I went for my usual walk and I had so much energy my walking speed I track in my sports watch had increased. I was able to maintain close to a 4.0 mph pace.
