Some of these work phenomenal. For me bone conduction headphones work by far the best. Just playing it with a loudspeaker has no for me noticeable effect.

Just did two rounds of this PEMF and it really worked! I got so nauseas from using too high a speed on my vibration plate.I really thought I  was going to throw up. Absolutly amazed at the efficasy of this PEMF!
