I've used this a couple of times and it's really helped me combat an encroaching cold. I run it by distance for myself, once I made a mistake and it ran 2 and a half times...I was never so tired but I woke up the next day reaaly over whatever I had been fighting.

Great, I did it with salt water because drinking it can make me vomit when I have a migraine. Usually, it knocks me out completely; I sleep and can't eat or drink anything, not even water, plus I vomit. This time it prevented it from getting worse. I'm a little tired, but honestly, it's fantastic! I was able to go for a walk and everything. Great day!!

I had a tooth pulled, and afterwards it hurt a lot, I couldn't fail asleep. I didn't have a pad or anything with me so I tried this Audible with my headphones in my ears. Finally I could fall asleep!! I feel much better now in the morning.
