Wild Garlic (Allium ursinum), also known as ramsons or bearโ€™s garlic, is a wild relative of garlic with a fresh, leafy, garlicky character. Despite the similar name, it is different from regular garlic (Allium sativum), which is the common bulb garlic used in cooking. Wild garlic has traditionally been used to help support circulation, cardiovascular wellness, digestion, and natural microbial balance.
