Cyclophosphamide is used for chemotherapy and to suppress the immune system. It is used to treat lymphoma, multiple myeloma, leukemia, mycosis fungoides, neuroblastoma, ovarian cancer, retinoblastoma, and breast cancer. It is also used for the treatment of nephrotic syndrome and granulomatosis with polyangiitis.
