My ic pad is charged and initially the lights flash red, but then go out. The volume is high. I assume it isn't working at that point. Right? What could be the issue? The same thing is happening with any complex I try. Thanks for your help.

There are so many thryoid ones I don't know how to choose the best one for me. The title sounds good. :) Thyroid is sluggish; been on low dose med 7 months and now plan to ease off.
