Sabine, please sent us screenshot on how you set schedule parameters in the Schedule window. you can submit screenshot by using Contact us button at the bottom of any page on Infopathy.

Anton SF I think I've done it, I had to stop in Berlin and in the future, it wasn't possible now, I just have to observe whether they really do start up again on their own.

Hello, what is the "maximum" number of ICs that makes sense to load? If I load some vitamins and then also NAC and other amino acids, etc., I can quickly reach 15-25 ICs.
If I put the 10 minutes into a small bottle (with salt) and then take 10 drops of it daily – will that be enough? Or should I take less and divide the doses?

bartek, as a rule of thumb, start with up to 6 ICs per bottle/glass; some people do fine with 10+ later, but too many at once can reduce the effect and, for some, lead to no noticeable response—so build up gradually and see how you feel . So, if I have a mineral complex and also want to take a colleague's complex and possibly testosterone, or mushrooms or something similar throughout the day, then it's best if I put each of these "IC complexes" into small bottles (shelf life 30 days) and take ten drops from each bottle three times a day in 50 ml of water, with a 10-minute interval between each... bartek, yes, that’s correct. For the small bottles, make sure you use saline water when transferring the ICs.
