After gaining 10kg with real hormones; I switched to frequencies
Works the same way but without gaining weight,

Will this be good for perimenopause? I'm 48 and having symptoms of perimenopause such as exhausted all the time,.gained a lot of weight on belly, anxiety and mood swings plus breast hurting all the time. Please help 🙏
