After a BarMethod workout, I no longer feel like I have to rest/nap. My endurance appears increased for several hours after drinking 2-3x/day.  Superwater also seems to help.

I feel much better taking this drink, I have more energy , I take the  minimum dos e two or three times a day.

Depends on the day and selection.  Some I have not noticed anything after repeated use. Others, one day I will reap the benefit another day same selection and nothing.

I love the combination of minerals like copper and magnesium in this as well as b-vitamins. My daughter who I suspected was anemic perked right up after just 24 hours after drinking this. 

Still have pain caused by L4-L5 disc bulge after using IC 2 - 3 daily for weeks

Any time I have difficulty falling asleep, I run this program.  I'm usually asleep before the program ends.  Love it.

I have very bad flat feet and often have ankle, foot, calf pain....I used this IC 3 times on my sore ankles using the IC Glow-Pad as PEMF. The first time it was about 25% gone, the next 2 times it went more each time - they haven't been sore since! 

I did however have a couple of odd pains during the treatment. On the outside right ankle where I had the PEMF I had a pain right across from the PEMF into the inside of my ankle. On the left outside of ankle was a shooting pain down into my 3rd toe. I believe those were blockages that were released?   

I was suffering from a stiff neck and shoulder pain, but after using this ic my neck pain and shoulder pain were very much diminished..I will use it for a few more days to see if it helps more.

I have UC and am trying to keep a flare up from really taking hold while I attempt to eat a more eclectic diet (including foods and drinks I know I should not eat) as I am traveling a bit this summer. I find if  I use this daily in conjunction with rife for inflammation etc I have been able to function fairly normally and eat a variety of foods. 

Feeling more optimized. 

I have been using it to help with injury recovery, mainly in the wrist and knees.

I have seen differences in other people but for myself I haven't felt a change yet.  Maybe I'm imprinting the wrong things but I'll keep trying.

Excellent. I imprint the lotion as instructed. Immediate improvements. I can tell when I need to update my lotion imprint bc the hot flashes return. I'm just entering this phase of life, wasn't happy with the shifts, and this has helped tremendously. 

I haven't tried the other similar complexes bc this one has worked quite well for me but I chose this one in particular due to the estradiol detox factor. I plan on trying the non estrogen version from the same developer as well. 

Wonderful feeling after using this each time I use it. I simply feel like my body is running on all systems go!
