is there a limit on the different audio transfers one can do in a day? Is there a point of diminishing returns?

Hi Ron, there is no limit on using ICs, but we suggest focus on up to 3 different health areas at the same time.

The IC's are recommended to take several times a day, 2oz per dose to find efficacy. I would only want to take this at night, so what is the recommendations for use on this one? Thanks

Hi Karen, try using it few times before bad. For example 1 hour before bed and then about 15 minutes before bed.
