Can I load several different protocols into the same water or should I rather apply died separately? Is there a minimum amount of water I should use.

Hi Sarah, you can combine a few ICs into an ICs complex and then transfer them all into the same water at once. Details on how to create complexes can be found here: https://www.infopathy.com/tutorials/for_users?show=getting_started We recommend taking the same IC or complex at least three times a day, drinking at least 50ml each time.

Anton Sheikh-Fedorenko, thank you so much for the help! If I always use a cleaned tap water is it useful to add a bit of salt that the IC can be better saved?
