Hi Jill, you can use both. You can create complex including both ICs and transfer complex in One-by-one mode.

Hi Wendy, at them moment we can not recommend to replace any medications with ICs. You can start using ICs additional to your existing treatment and later under you Dr's supervision reduce the dose of actual drug. Daniel mentioned that oils, sugar, honey, alcohol hold frequencies up to 5 years,, but i also see that creams and lotions need to be re-imprinted every 30 days. can you please clarify?

Hi Susan, theoretically water can also store ICs for years, but in real life conditions where it is exposed to temperature changes, lights, electromagnetic emission etc, that time is much smaller, therefore at the moment we recommend up to 30 days for water with added mineral salt, creams and lotions.
