Dear Carla Mader, I checked libraries and could not find frequencies for dyspnea yet. But you can try these:

  Shortness of breath  : This IC complex includes Diltiazem hydrochloride, Furosemide, and Trimetazidine. These components help manage high blood pressure, fluid build-up, and symptoms related to angina and dizziness. This complex can support respiratory health and alleviate shortness of breath.

I have been unable to sleep for more than 6 hours or past 6AM for months, and also having a hard time falling asleep for reasons unknown. The first time I used this I fell asleep easily and am slept for 8,5 hrs!

There's a hyperpigmentation IC. It worked quite well for me to fade melasma on my face.
