Just wondering if the new glowing IC pad 3 is meant to run quite hot? My old ones were never warm and this one is like a mini hot water bottle. Is this an issue? It is a bit unpleasant esp in summer. Is it meant to be hot?

Merilyn Bullen, yes, that is normal for GlowPad 3 to get warm especially with PEMFs. New IC Pad outputs a stronger signal, so a stronger current is going through the coil.

Hello, Should the pad be placed on each hernia or the placement on the sternum will act in different places (for my part, jaw hernia, cervical, lumbar)

Myriam, for overall treatment, place the pad on the sternum to address all hernias at once. However, for more targeted relief, place the pad directly on each hernia site (jaw, cervical, and lumbar) one at a time, running the IC three times to ensure each specific area receives focused treatment.

Hi, is there an IC or PEMF for bruxism/teeth grinding?

Mark van der Heijden, for managing bruxism (teeth grinding), several ICs and PEMF programs are available on Infopathy:

Gum Inflammation and Infection (Rife) : for gum health, potentially alleviating symptoms related to bruxism by reducing inflammation and pain.
Spigelia Anthelmia 9CH : Targets facial pain and neuralgia, which can be associated with bruxism, providing relief from dental and jaw discomfort.
Whole Body and Spine Chiropractic PEMF... See more
