Hi Brittani, please make sure IC Pad's battery is charged and the audio volume is set to maximum when transferring ICs. If that does not help, please try to replace the audio cable with a new one, it called "aux cable 3.5mm", if you need help finding right cable, please send us an email at [email protected] thank you!

hey Anton I just got my glowing IC pad. Should the glass cup or water bottle cover the entire pad or cover all of the LEDs? I have a small water bottle.

Hi Sultan, you can place glass in the center of the IC Pad, it is not necessarily to cover all LEDs.
