When I plug my Glowing IC Pad into my cell phone, it works perfectly. When I plug it into my laptop, the Glowing IC Pad makes noise (Ie, I can hear the frequencies even on "imprint." ) My laptop volume is turned up, but I don't think I should be able to hear the frequencies. How do I correct this?

Hi Leslie, during the IC Transfer IC pad should glow and you should not hear sound. Please check that you connected IC Pad to correct input on your laptop (where you usually plug headphones), make sure you inserted audio connector completely into computer. Also maybe your laptop does not recognize connected device, you can try to go to audio settings and see if you can change audio Out to headphones.
