Bonjour Mohamed, s'il vous plaรฎt essayez de l'utiliser sur un ordinateur si ce n'est pas encore fait. Certains appareils gรฉnรฉralement plus anciens peuvent ne pas รชtre en mesure de produire plusieurs frรฉquences en mรชme temps.
Hello Mohamed, please try to use it on a computer if you haven't already. Some generally older devices may not be able to output multiple frequencies at the same time.

My IC pad does not work. I replaced all of the audio and charging cables and nothing worked. When I charge, the IC light (yellow) lights up for a moment and then goes out. I have the volume on. Where can the error still lie?

Hi Pichotka, make sure the audio volume is set to maximum after you start the broadcast. Also, try a different phone or laptop and browser (like Chrome). If you still have problem please let me know which phone or laptop you are using. Thanks very much!
