I'm thrilled. I haven't been able to train for a few weeks due to an injury. I knew that after such a break my thigh muscles would always be sore the first time I did strength training. I listened to the session an hour before training. Nothing, not even a cramp or pain during training. I'm listening to the session afterwards and will report back on how the next two days go.
