- given that Red Light Therapy (RLT) and Near Infra Red (NIR) are applied accordingly that more exposure is less, based upon the power output, have any assessments been made as to the time of exposure to effect a best healing practice for this device?

-GlowPad 3 red and IR lights are pretty gentle compare to traditional red therapy devices, therefore there it is not a problem to use it several hours a day, especially when you place GlowPad on different areas.
