I have the new glow pad 3 and have followed the instructions to turn off Bluetooth. ย I hold for 10 secs see the red flashing light and then turn off. ย Everytime I do this it still shows up under other devices to pair on my iPhone. ย The video says it... See more

Hi Anton, I'm using the Glowing IC Pad 2 but it's no longer lighting up blue when I am transferring. I have hardly used it and I haven't dropped it etc - do you know if there is anything I can do to fix it or will I need to buy you a new one?

Hello I have an IC pad and used it about 7 times, when i plug it in and turn it on to imprint water with the blue light, it no longer blinks anymore while trying to transfer IC, please help thanks
