I received my IC Hummer about a week ago and started to use it. However, I have never been able to charge it to 100%. Last time I charged it to full (light off) and my phone shows it was charged to 80%. I am afraid that I have received a defect one. Is this normal?

Should I transfer the IC complex multiple times? In other words, if I transfer "all at once" and it takes just 2 minutes, should I be running this IC complex program more than one time? If yes, how many times?

hello? It says to engraved the IC on water or xylitol. It is said that xylitol is dangerous for dogs, so will it still be effective if I engraved it on raw sugar cane sugar instead?
