Hi Wendy, drinking water during the day how are you doing it is good. If you decided to drink 2oz x3 times a day, you need to space out those 3 times, not right away - for example, morning, before lunch, and before dinner.ย

Hi Georgina, we recommend using mineral salt because of the present minerals. You can also use just trace mineral solutions. Potassium chloride may also work, but not sure.

Ute , yes, you can use IC Pad for silicone and other implants. If the implant is made of metal and you feel some discomfort you can move IC Pad a bit away from that area.
