Hi Andrew, there is no limit on the max amount of water to drink at one time. But better to distribute your water consumption throughout the day. Taking more water at once will not increase effect much. We suggest drinking water more often - at least 3 times a day for the same IC or Complex and 2oz (50ml) each time. You can also hold water in your mouth for 10 seconds before swallowing and drink water on an empty stomach - the latter will make absorption faster.

It feels strong to be beside the heart. Do you think it has an effect on the heartโs beat or itโs own electro magnetism

Hi Fiona, thank you for your feedback! Do you have this effect with IC Hummer or IC Pad? In case you have both devices, you can try another one and see if you feel the same effect. If it is only feels that way with IC Hummer then it is due to acoustic vibration, if only with IC Pad then probably due to interaction with heart's magnetic field.
