Angelika Pfeifer, if you are imprinting water, you need to choose Imprinting water mode (All at once). If you want to apply IC or complex directly to body, you need to chose Applied to body mode (one-by-one).

Hey974, as IC Shilajit should not over stimulate testosterone production, but most probably help with normalization. 

You can also consider following ICs if you are looking to support the elimination of endocrine disruptors and help balance hormones naturally:
