Morag Watson, you can just start with no additonal repeats (best if you are pretty sensetive). On average people usually add 5 repeats. But some also set infinite mode and imprint for 1 hour for maximum potency.

Where exactly should the IC pad be placed on this PEMF? The lymphatic drainage is located in the upper thighs. Thanks in advance

Christian Unrau, it depends on where it comes from. If it is triggered by blockages of the lymph in the abdominal cavity, the magnet must also be placed there. If there are causes in the leg, then on the leg. For a full-body application, sit on a chair or Lay a couch and place the IC pad underneath - then your whole body is in the field.

Daniel Knebel Dear Daniel Knebel, can you also sit on the lobster in this case? Is the whole body in the field if I place the lobster on its stomach? Thank you very much!

Ina Seifert , yes, you can also sit on the IC Hummer. You may need lot lower audio volume a bit to make sure IC Hummer do not overheat.
