My IC pad does not work. I replaced all of the audio and charging cables and nothing worked. When I charge, the IC light (yellow) lights up for a moment and then goes out. I have the volume on. Where can the error still lie?

Hi Pichotka, make sure the audio volume is set to maximum after you start the broadcast. Also, try a different phone or laptop and browser (like Chrome). If you still have problem please let me know which phone or laptop you are using. Thanks very much!

Hello, when I connect the IC pad to my cell phone, it immediately lights up. Then when I start a transfer, the sound comes from the cell phone. The IC pad continues to light up in the same rhythm. With another cell phone, the IC pad only lights up when the transfer has started and it lights up in a different rhythm. What is right? Do you know this problem?

Hello Thorsten, normally there should be no sound from your phone when the IC pad is connected. Same principle as with headphones, when headphones are connected, the signal goes to the headphones and the phone itself does not make any sound. The audio connector on your first phone may be somewhat damaged, or the audio connector may not be fully inserted.
