I generally use town water that has been distilled.  I then charge day water in daylight and night water out under the stars.  I keep them separate and when I bring them inside I add a pinch of salt to the 2l mason jar and  this is my go to charge.  I have noticed the water tastes better and also is more hydrating and most of all it brings life force and energy to my day.

A couple of days ago I was doing a twist and jump exercise and felt my right hip snap with a searing nerve pain, it was really sore and I could tell inflammation was building. Used this Happy Hip PEMF along with the Hip Pain (rife) PEMF and it was literally gone in 48hrs. I was quite amazed as I thought it would take longer. I used the PEMF 1x/day, today is day 5 and I feel no pain at all, just using again for reinforcement.
