So this one is ? Iโ€™m sorry Iโ€™m new to all of this. Is there a replacement on the body for the pad for this one or is it strictly for drinking and how do you do that?

After transferring it to a glass of water, should you drink it all in one go or spread out over the day and do you do it several times a day???
