This remedy is used to treat symptoms associated with influenza (flu) such as acute feverish inflammations of the fibrous tissues and the serous membranes, pain in the limbs, dull headaches, restlessness, dry and burning skin, acute pains, bronchitis, pneumonia, pericarditis, and peritonitis. This IC was created with the help of aconitum, bryonia, camphora, causticum hahnem., baptisia, eupatorium perfoliatum, ferrum phosphoricum, gelsemium, eucalyptus, and sabadilla.

How often can I drink this water? My flu is also accompanied by very severe headaches; will this help with that too?

Great IC , I just used it on my son. Immediately better. Fever gone lower, breathing normalized. Body relaxed. 
I use glowing IC pad. And run the pgm about 8x.
