Béatrice Joly , with the Glowing IC Pad, you only need about 2 minutes to imprint 1 liter of water.

Make sure the container is placed directly on the pad, and that it is not made of metal.

What can I do if my chest muscles are so sore, radiating to my cervical spine and the base of my skull, and causing unbearable headaches? I've already had a chiropractic treatment for cervical spine and neck tension. Thanks.
